The product must not be used more than 10%.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are accepted if:

You don’t like the perfume. (Only product amount will be refunded – delivery charges are non-refundable.)

The item is damaged. (Both product and delivery amount will be refunded.)

Refunds will only be transferred to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Sadapay.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges / Replacements

For replacements, the customer bears all delivery charges.

The fastest way is to request an exchange, return the product, and then place a new order.

Exchanges are approved after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Instructions

You must return the item in the original packaging (box + bubble wrap).

If the product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, no refund will be issued.
